RETURN POLICY

 

Thank you for shopping with The Shoe Tree! We take your satisfaction seriously around here and we want you to be happy with your order! With that in mind, if you are unsatisfied, let us help you find something you love instead.

We are happy to offer a full product refund providing product is unworn in original box.

The Shoe Tree is not responsible for damages incurred in the shipping or receiving of any website/online order(s).

 

In-Store Purchases Return

 

Only regular priced items will be returnable for a refund, up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Methods of Return will include original purchase price refund, In-Store Credit or Exchange. There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items or custom orders.

 

All Sale, Clearance Items are Final Sale. No exceptions will be made.

 

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in original box.

Online Return Purchases

 

At this time, online returns will receive a full refund less any shipping fees and will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

 

To start a Return process you must reach out for RA # with instructions within 7 days of your delivered date, after RA# is given item/items must be shipped back within 7days from this date. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

 

All returned items require a Return Authorization Number provided by a The Shoe Tree authorized representative. To obtain a RA# please contact us at info@theshoetree.co

 

All items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

 

**All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your item is damaged please email info@theshoetree.co within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, a description of the flaw, and photo(s) attached to the email.
