Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items in original box labels intact within 15 days of delivery for a full refund excluding original shipping fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us michele@theshoetree.ca with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, Please note if wrong size was ordered or you just do not like you will be responsible for all shipping cost to return item.

Currently we are only shipping within Canada via Canada post. Tracking number will be attached.
Enjoy FREE shipping when you place an order above $100.00 on Reg price items, You will notice a flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 if under $100.00 upon checkout. If you are within Lethbridge Alberta and wish to have free delivery to your door please check off pick up in store and we will contact you within 24hours to set-up a delivery time. In the event of items purchased ON SALE these items will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $25.00. Items purchased on sale can be returned with above return rules still apply however less an additional $25.00 Fee.
